We took a guided tour. It was really amazing. The size of the monument hits you once you walk past the front building. Will recommend folks to climb up also. Also try to visit early in the day when crowd is less.

I went to Gol Gumbaz. The grand structure of the monument is composed of a cube on each side, which is capped by a dome in external diameter. Inside the gigantic dome, "whispering gallery" runs around. It is great place to go.

The opening time is definitely 6am and not 6.30am or 10am as some other reviewers have mentioned. We were there at 6am in the morning and were allowed entry. The museum closes at 5pm but I'm pretty sure that entry to the... More
