This is the place where you get to see the confluence of Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal. It is considered to be a holy place. The sea beach here is rocky and has very sharp sand. Better to avoid getting into the waters here as you may end up hurting your legs. Place is very poorly maintained.... More

This place will give you a strange happy feeling to think you are at the very tip of the Indian peninsula. Good winds and overall a nice place to visit.

Very good beach. Swimming is not good as tides are rough. U can spend nice time along with family or friends. Click those selfies and memories sitting on rocks or standing near the road

Dirty with full of vendors. Beautiful view. Can have a distant vision of sunset .it is easily approachable from town. Gandhi mandap is just next to it.

It sounded like a great idea.....southern most tip of india. It was in actual fact terrible. The beach is filthy and there is no choice of options to go to thiruvalluvar statue or vivekananda rock. You are just pushed into a queue and not really told the boat is going to vivekananda rock only. And after much pushing and shoving... More

... the beach is still a very attractive place to people watch, see the sunrise and sunset and to enjoy the sea breezes. The majority of visitors and pilgrims crowd down to every vantage point along the shoreline to see both the sunrise and sunset. Once the moment is over, most immediately disperse so its worth staying on and enjoying... More
