The tickets said price 200R and were sold to us at the factory for 250R! Unprofessional! The tour of the factory took not even 10 minutes and felt very rushed.

Good educational tour but go early to avoid the heat in the afternoon. Pamper yourself to a cup of good tea at their cafe and then to shopping at their souvenir shop.

Well worth a visit as it provides a great insight into the tea making process through the guided tour. This was followed by some tea sampling. Pedro is an ethical tea producer so well worth a visit.

We didn't make a booking to visit. When you show up, they will let you know when is the next available tour. Morning or early afternoon is best. The staff seems to be present between 10 AM and 3 PM.
