We are new to RV camping so we decided to go close to make sure everything went smoothly. We have a 30ft' travel tralier. The park was well maintained and the bathrooms are Great!! The spaces are so easy to back into and the staff are great. We are coming back for sure.

We came to Lake Ouachita in the evening to watch the sunset and were not disappointed. The view from the marina was great, with calm waters and beautiful mountains. It made for a great romantic ending to our day.

I come here every summer! Last year we had a houseboat for a week and I could have stay a month! I love that there are NO homes on the lake and the islands are wonderful to hang out on and explore! The water is nice and warm and clean! LOVE! It's nice to not have to "temperature" check the... More

Lovely view from the picnic and swimming area. Visited the three sisters and did not drink the water. There is a sign on the left that is not potable. Wonder how they bottled it in the old times and if people got sick from it. It is supposed to be one of the cleanest lakes in the state but the... More

We have been here many times and will go back. It's is huge and there are many places to go on this lake. You can fish, swim, do water sports and even dive in some areas. try it you'll love it.

While jet skiing, you may discover rock cliffs that have bottomless water beneath. Feel free to try your first cliffdiving experience! The water is clean and clear and the beaches on the islands don't require water shoes. We frequent this lake from Shreveport.

We really enjoyed picnicking near Lake Ouachita in Ouachita National Forest. We wish we would have had more time to explore the state park.
