Cruise around this beautiful lake...find a cove for a swim party. WONDERFUL!!! You are somewhat limited by the small number of launch ramps at the few marinas. You can also rent houseboats for longer outings. Excellent water sports and fishing. Close to Hot Springs Village...More

Great hiking trails, just take water to drink because you get thirsty, hot and sweaty. Don't wear jeans I got really hot! But it was dress for the day.

Rent a boat and get on this lake. Second cleanest lake in the US. Fishing, swimming, camping or crusing, it's all just plain fun.

I read reviews about Lake Ouachita on several web sites and found in one comment that they had gone on a sunset tour of the lake. Tours a $10 a person, very reasonable. Call ahead to make reservations: 501-767-9366.

Cleanest most beautiful lake in the south by far. Scenic without the normal housing developments on most lakes. Great full service marinas. Huge lake and never feels crowded.
