Race track/ gaming

It's a gaming place - not a "casino" as gaming is skill driven. Lots of gaming machines (slots), and large racetrack. Friendly staff.

I've been to the racing track several times and I enjoy it every time. I'm not a big gambler so it's fun to put a few dollars down every now and then. It's always such an adrenaline rush once your horse makes the final turn. Every one gets into it. If your in the area you should try it out.

The casino is ok but drinks are definately not free, like in Tunica or Las Vegas. Beer is $3.75 -$4.00 a bottle, depending on where in the casino that you buy it. The slots also don't seem to pay out like in Tunica or Las Vegas but all things considered it is a fun place to spend a few hours.

Easy access, fun filled and colorful....Oaklawn Racing and Casino is perfect for a few hours of fun anytime. Food can be good to to-do but good isn't what we go to do....feeding those slots to win or break even or lose- it's still fun!

By choice I do not gamble, but I have been in the facility to eat. My husband and I enjoyed their Thursday Steak Night. Food was delicious and the service was great, but we did have to wait about 45 minutes to get seated. Of course, you can enjoy the games while waiting. Everyone at this facility is friendly, courteous,... More

Going to the races at Oaklawn is always a good time. There are plenty of places to sit and multiple food options. I have never had to wait long to place a bet and the crowd is generally friendly and fun.

My wife, friends and I went to Oaklawn Casino for a change of pace. The casino was very accessible from all parts of Hot Springs. It is located on the main drag (Central Ave). The casino seems fairly new. It has an adequate number of gaming tables (mostly black jack), a good number of video poker machines and other new slot... More
