I went to Olbrich on my late-husband's birthday, as it was one of our favorite places to visit. I appreciate the peaceful beauty. Just what I needed on a challenging day.

I arrived at the gardens at the end of a long bicycle ride around Madison. This time of year everything is blooming so it is quite nice. The garden is well kept and you may find the names of the various flowers and shrubs next...More

Beautiful gardens, much bigger than we expected outside the tropical exhibit. Loved the golden pagoda in the Thai gardens!

This is a beautiful garden spot that is free to the public. Be sure to stroll back to the pagoda, it’s absolutely lovely.

These are fantastic gardens to visit at any time of year. Check online for special events such as concerts and festivals. I love to photograph the flowers, especially in the springtime, but seeing some of the blooms in the snow is also inspiring.

I go a few times per year. It's great that it is free to the public! Free also means a little donation goes a long way if we appreciate it here! Other gardens costs upwards of $15 to visit! Thank you Olbrich for free beauty!

Walkways, gardens of all sorts; unbelievable that the outside gardens are free! (We did give a donation). If we lived here I’d visit a lot!

I planned on going to this garden with my family. I belong to the botanical garden membership and decided to stop here while heading up to the Dells. I did not realize that to get into the garden was free. There is an indoor garden...More

Although the garden was mostly in winter mode and not spring it was still a nice experience. The Thai pavilion is beautiful and well worth a look. I will defnitely be back in the summer!
