If you like a few blocks of funky shops, wine tasting, banking, and shopping at Trader Joe's this is the spot. A must see if you want local Madison. Just a hop from Camp Randall

A neighborhood shopping area consisting of 4 blocks of !)a library, Trader Joe's, unique clothing and gift stores, restaurants, candy stores, and not to be missed, Orange Tree Imports.

When visiting Madison your trip is not complete without a stop on Monroe Street, shops like Orange Tree Imports and Restaurants like Brasserie V are a must see.

1930 Monroe (The Monroe Bldg.) is a perfect place to park for games at Camp Randall. Only 2 1/2 blocks to Mickies Dairy Bar.

If you visit Madison Monroe street is a must! There are such unique shops, coffee bars and restaurants - do not miss a walk down Monroe - right by the stadium!

I grew up in Madison and it's a Madison classic! Many wonderful places to spend time-Orange Tree imports, Brocach Irish Pub, Trader Joes.

If you are visiting Madison or new to Madison, one of the secret places that is quickly becoming a destination is Monroe Street. There are great examples of bistro dining, my favorite Jacs; bar-b-q of the most flavorable; old fashioned neighborhood joints with wonderful bar-burgers and rubins, and at Gates and Bovies, the best fryed cheese curds you're gonna find... More

Monroe Street is like no other street in Madison!!! You have the BEST salon called HAIR, a vintage record store, Trader Joe's, which I personally love, and many more stores & restaurants that you will just adore!! It is definitely a street you must walk down and check out all the cool stores they have and definitely check out the... More
