We had a group of 20+ people so we had the place to ourselves. The instructor was informative and so entertaining! The food was delicious - chicken and andouille sausage gumbo, crawfish etouffee with rice and bananas foster. And a 10% discount in the shop....More

Our 3 hour class was filled with fun, laughter, great stories and conversation with new people, all while we were learning about the differences between Creole and Cajun cooking. Staff were very accommodating, from the snacks, wine and beer choices to the menu options, including...More

We often take cooking classes with our children when we travel to new cities and countries. It helps them learn about the culture and history, and of course lowers their inhibitions about some of the "foreign" foods they encounter through travel. We registered for this...More

Great cooking classes and I learned many new tips to my favorite dishes. The cooks are great and patience as she teaches you how to prepare authentic creole dishes. Can highly recommend for a 2-3 hours cooking class. Great fun!!!
