This tour was one of the highlights of our NOLA trip. We picked the New Orleans du jour tour. Our guide was Jeannine and she was very informative. New Orleans has so many distinct foods it was a great way to sample everything we wanted - po' boys, muffelatta, gumbo, jambalaya and pralines plus learn a lot of history at... More

I was late and the guide at the shop told me where to find my group. The tour guide, Bruce, welcomed me at the first stop. He was knowledgeable about the city and the food. Enjoyed it all.

My husband and I had only a few days to take in as much of New Orleans as possible. So for the first day I booked the food tour with Tastebuds Food Tours. GREAT decision! Our tour guide Reagan was exceptional! She knows the history of the great town and surrounding areas, presented it well and gave great information on... More

Absolutely fantastic Tour. Food was spectacular at all of our stops, but our guide Richard may have been the best part of the tour. Great knowledge to share about the city and a genuine passion for the city, it's history and the food that defines it. Would highly recommend to anyone, but do it early in your trip to take... More

Toured with Lynda. Enjoyed the History shared and the food. Definately Reccomend. Food was good, a variety, & some great recommendations to try on our own too. Insightful.

One of the missions of our recent girls trip to New Orleans was to try as many authentic NOLA dishes as possible. We basically wanted to eat our way through the city. A food tour seemed to be the best way to do that! We booked the Flavors of the French Quarter tour through Tastebud Tours and it was a... More

My friends and I (group of 5) loved our food tour with Jeannine. We all agreed that she is the best tour guide any of us had ever had (not just counting food tours). Unfortunately, we thought the food was average (some good, some bad), which is why I can't give the tour 5 stars. A food tour should have... More

We got a delicious taste of New Orleans on this tour. Our guide Jeanine was fantastic. Lots of history wound around a walking tour of New Orleans with stops at 4 great food places. Learned about Cajun and Creole. This was really such an informative way to get to know New Orleans. A must do on your next visit!!

We took the Tastebud Tour at 1pm with Jeannine Chance on the day we arrived to NOLA. She was so informative, insightful, and sweet throughout the tour. We never felt like we were in anyone's way at the restaurants and all the food was delicious. It was especially nice to enjoy the muffaletta sandwiches by the river. We would definitely... More

Our guide, Jeannine Chance, did a great job of explaining the history of notable New Orleans famous foods po-boy sandwich, jambalaya, gumbo, and muffaletta which were sampled on the tour. We learned about the history of various restaurants, landmarks, and areas in the French Quarter. Highly recommended.
