If you're looking for information about Americus and Plains, this isn't the best spot. But if you want to continue on to Callaway Gardens or to see a large map about the Native American sites of Georgia, this is excellent.

A pretty little information center with all types of booklets and brochures. The lady at the desk was warm and friendly. The little packets of complimentary peanuts were a welcome treat.

We made a brief stop here to get ideas of places to see on our spontaneous road trip. The ladies were very nice and helpful. We took their advice, saw everything in town and had a great time.
