Well worth a visit to this gorgeous church in Alpbach. The grave yard is well cared for and residents of the village take turns lighting the candles on each grave every evening. The interior of the church is beautiful. Whether you go to the church...More

A very pretty church inside. We were lucky enough to hear 3 musicians practising when we looked round. The gravestones are worth wandering through.

History of church dates to monks travelling with relics from our Northumberland King, St Oswald - on a pilgrimage to Rome. Very spiritual.

So well kept with every grave light up with its own lantern every night. Stay anywhere near here and you are right in the thick of everything Alpbach has to offer.

The church is one of the most beautiful and the graveyard is extremely well looked after. It is certainly worth a visit when in the village.
