Bad bag of dried beans, but they made good

We bought some whole bean coffee from the mobile location. Of all the coffee we brought home from our trip to Hawaii, this was the only bad coffee. I wrote them an email even... read more

I was drinking coffee bought from Ferrari for a few weeks until I found a dead frog in the bag! I was retching when I saw it and realized that I drank numerous cups of tainted coffee until that gruesome discovery. I reached out to the company, provided photos and the barcode so at least they could identify the batch... More

That's the bad news. The good news is that I found them at the Ali'i Gardens Marketplace, an outdoor flea market. They told us that they had moved to the Marketplace to have a more permanent, and better venue for selling their coffee. The old van had rotted away and they had to have it taken out of the Huggo's... More

We have been Ferrari customers for ten years. We have never had a problem. My husband will only drink Kona coffee. That would be 8-10 cups 365 days a year. A pleasure doing business with them.

The mobile coffee stand across from Hugo is the best place to get coffee. The lady is truly a pleasure to deal with. She gives hawaiian gifts with each purchase, and helps you understand what you buy. Peaberry is the altimate bean in quality and flavor, but price is high. 100% Kona coffee is superior to the blended coffees(usually only... More

When ordering coffee, you cannot talk to a human being. If a problem with your order does arise, you can be sure they will not let you know about it for weeks. Better to take your business elsewhere.

We bought some whole bean coffee from the mobile location. Of all the coffee we brought home from our trip to Hawaii, this was the only bad coffee. I wrote them an email even giving them the lot # barcode. I have to say, the Ferrari Company made good, they shipped us another bag(at their expense) and the coffee was... More

We stopped at this "mobile" coffee shop and visited with the woman. She explained a few things to us about coffee and we bought some, which is wonderful! She also gave us suggestions of coffee farms in the area to visit. The only bad thing? No samples :)
