After a long flight & jet lag my husband & I decided to spend part of our first day on the big island getting massages! We stayed at the Sheraton so the location was perfect & booking was easy. We both opted for the deep tissue lomi lomi massage & it was wonderful! We were able to have the massage... More

I wanted to treat myself, mum and sister in law to lomi lomi massage on Thursday 13th Oct 2016 and was given a 25% off Wyndham card from Kanaloa Resorts so decided this was the place. From the minute I popped in to book until the minute we left the customer care was absolutely amazing, friendly, warm, professional and everything... More

My husband and I booked an appointment at the spa just before we headed home from Maui for our honeymoon. We were greeted with an aromatherapy session and were then taken in for our treatments. We received superb service, and we thoroughly enjoyed the massages, hand/foot scrubs, and coconut oil scalp massages. The massage therapists were extremely professional and even... More

WOW!!! What a wonderful deal and a GREAT experience!!! We were able to go see the spa and speak with the staff before we bought our Travelzoo coupon and are so glad we did!!! We bought the couples massage. We went early and took in the pool and happy hour and then went to the spa . We started with... More

I am a spa junkie, and I don't rate a spa just on esthetics, but overall experience. As soon as we got there, there was confusion on what treatments were doing, and what therapist was doing what. I did a pedicure first, which is located in a room next to the reception desk area. My gal Rachel was very sweet,... More

Dear “Hotelspaqueen”, I appreciate your comments, and we are happy to hear that you enjoyed the treatments. You rightly have some points of critique, and it seems to come mainly from the fact that our staff didn’t communicate properly. The people you saw inside the spa area were actually guests relaxing after their treatment. In the salt room, the “hole”... More

We booked a popular package, the “Unforgettable Massage for Two” and added a visit to the steam rom and Himalayan salt room. This is a great package so that you can experience the full benefits of the Ho’ola Spa. One of the coolest things that I was looking forward to here at the Ho’ola Spa was having our treatments outside.... More

My friend and I had a deep tissue and swedish massage. The facility is clean and beautiful and we were greeted with courteous and professional staff. Both massage therapists were very talented and our service was wonderful. They were always asking for feedback and did an excellent job. We have had massages all over the world and we agreed that... I signed up for a package 80 minutes Lomi lomi massage followed by 50 minute facial. It was awesome. The massage was done outside with the waves crashing as a back drop that made it special. The masseuse was incredible. Then I went in for a facial that was among the best I ever had. I came out refreshed and... More

We did not stay at the Sheraton, but we decided to try out the spa anyway. It was absolutely amazing. Really nothing can beat the ambiance of the spa. Even during the massage it makes you feel like you are floating right on the ocean itself. Being a spa junkie, I came back for a signature facial, which again exceeded... More

Our experience was nice! Our massage was great, the sound of ocean while having your muscles rubbed is very relaxing. The salt room was relaxing too. My only complaint was when I booked our massage I also booked pedicures. It was a bummer that you can't have them side by side but we were willing to wait. However, after or... More
