A fun alternative to the train

We didn't want to do the White Pass Yukon Route train during our brief time in Skagway, and were looking for a different option. This fit the bill perfectly. I didn't think the kids would enjoy it, but they did. A nice tour of the town with some local lore thrown in. Not too long, not too short. A little... More

Our original plans for a guided fishing trip were canceled because of high winds and rain. So we found this excursion as a replacement activity and loved it. The restored antique buses are meticulous reproductions. Our driver/guide played the character of a local "lady" from the gold rush years, complete with costume and personality. Her insight about Skagway was facinating... More

My wife and I had a great time aboard the refurbished 1927 streetcar. Our driver was very witty, knowledgeable, down to Earth, and above all professional. She shared not only the local history but her own experiences of living in Alaska which gave a very fresh perspective on traditional tours that are many times conducted by "tourists" themselves. This tour... More

The tour was very informative & entertaining. We travelled the streets in an old bus stopping along the way to hear stories about the town. We also traveled up to the old cemetery for some stories from days gone before heading to a high spot to view the town.

An fun way to see Skagway.Travelling on an old 1927 yellow street car, this tour was fun, informative and entertaining. The tour guide is in costume and takes you through the town stopping off and explaining the klondite Gold rush History among other things and giving plenty of photo opertunities. Tour lasts approx 90 minutes.

Great tour with light hearted fun filled tour banter and dialogue. Buses were Antique and redone by Boyd Coddiington for any gear head readers. Time well spent.

My wife & I decided to take this 90 minute tour of the city, but we were not overly impressed with it. The girl that drove & guided the tour was more like an entertainer, not a tour guide. In addition, she was very, very loud and she did not need a loud speaker. It was definitely not worth close... More

We are still talking about what fun we had with Nikki on the streetcar tour on August 27th. She made the tour interesting and fun. It was definitely a great value - highly recommend!
