The Visitors Center explains the multitude of programs sponsored by the Gates Foundation. There are interactive modules, focused on engaging school children and visitors of all ages, video clips, and opportunities for visitors to share their ideas. Tours of the foundation are given in the afternoon. In a word: Inspirational!

A closer look into what Mrs. and Mr. Gates are up to in the name of charity. It was an honor to have visited this place. This place is quiet and clean. Casual tourist attire will blend fine here. Not very far from space needle. It is a must-see attraction.

An amazing example of how a small group of dedicated people can impact the world by giving back to communities in the challenge to improve living standards for under priviledged.

I learned so much about problems with water and sanitation around the world, and was amazed by how technology is helping. Low key museum, amazing contents.

A great spot for all ages to gather information, through amazing displays and photographs, about the benefits extended to the lives of people in underdeveloped countries through the Gates Foundation. A short walk from the Space Needle.

I had a good visit at the visitor center. It was great to see what they are doing and how it impacts the world. It is a small center and does not take long to go through. In my opinion it is not for young children. It is best if the child is a good reader. I took my boys... More

Probably the greatest benefit of this tour for me, was understanding what the foundation does, how it is implemented, and who actually benefits. What an organisation. It was a busy day, with tours going every which way, but we had a wonderful guide, who answered every question, and is obviously overjoyed to be a part of it. Time well spent.

I've been to this center twice and while they have some interesting facts and exhibits, the place itself is a true disappointment. The second time I went (at the request of some guests) the two people manning the front desk were so rude and unfriendly we actually turned around and left without seeing the exhibits. Not quite the experience you... More

It was informative to read all about the good things that the Gates Foundation is doing for our world. However, it wasn't a WOW experience.

With so much emphasis in our culture on getting rich it is wonderful to see a rich couple share their wealth.
