One of my favorite hideouts

Amazing spot to grab a drink with a friend. Music was energetic, but not too loud for conversation. Had the Death Star and a Colorado Bulldog. Look forward to returning soon.

Recommended to me by a barman in Vancouver. Quite a quirky place and not that easy to find. Located in an alley behind the main street. From the outside it is nothing to look at but even on a Sunday afternoon it had a good few customers. Nice bar upstairs with two more rooms in the basement area. On a... More

We absolutely loved this speakeasy. It felt authentic inside and really gave us a feeling of what it really would've been like. The drink choice was great. Our favourite cocktails were the Atticus Finch, Angus the Red, and the Deathstar I think it was called. It is very small with limited seating. Happy hour was from 5 til 7 and... More

Visited this out-of-the way place in an alley in Seattle with my son and some his friends - all are regulars at Bartender/owner Jeremy's place. We sat at the small bar upstairs in a cozy library-like room. Jeremy is a creative mixmaster who kept both the drinks and conversation flowing. There's also a downstairs section with a bit more seating... More

I'm a gin lover so this was a fun place. They had about 60 gins to pick from, including may from Washington of course, and some innovative cocktails. I have no recollection of what else they had but if you don't like gin, you'll be fine. The address will take you to a place where you'll see a plaque telling... More

The entrance is in the back in an alley which sounds sketchy but it wasn't. The bar was at capacity when we got there but it only took max 10 minutes to get in- the place is super small but it makes for a pretty cozy, relaxed vibe. Music wasn't very loud so you're able to sit and chat with... More

This is the first speakeasy I've been too that actually felt like a speakeasy. It was hard to find (part of the fun), completely quiet on the outside, and tiny on the inside. Fun drink menu and the bartender can make something unique if you don't see anything you like. Loved it!

This quirky bar is located in Belltown in an alley with an unmarked wooden door. We missed the 5-7 p.m. happy hour with cocktails reduced from $11 to $7. We had to wait outside since capacity is only 39 people. After three people left, we were told to go downstairs where we sat on wooden benches with a small table... More

Very cool but tiny bar with two floors with large antique bar on main level and small seating areas in the basement. It has an excellent cocktail menu and great fresh takes on classic drinks. Located in an alley between buildings with no signage. It is worth the search.
