During the day, this is a nice spot to catch the monorail and wander around if you have some free time and nothing better to do. However, after dark this place is overrun with bums and shady characters. I would not come here at night....More

As you will notice this artical is not really about westlake center but more about Seattle as a whole. However the westlake center is not worth the stroll downtown. The norstroms rack store is on the bottom floor and it is way over priced and...More

Smaller mall with a couple unique local stores. If you are taking the monorail to or from the space needle then you could take a quick wander through the mall. Would not make a special trip to visit.

This is the center of downtown Seattle shopping. The mall is rather old and currently undergoing renovation. The anchor tenants here are Nordstrom Rack and Zara. There is a nice square in front, where it is very lively and busy.

The renovation is underway and I'm rating this venue based on what I am seeing in the portions that have been completed. There is a nice variety of stores in the completed section; a mix between local fare and other eclectic findings. Paired with Zara...More

In my opinion this mall is not awe inspiring and I only used it for the monorail. Nothing really stood out to me. Maybe because it was under construction.

An average Mall - made outstanding by it's access to transportation - light rain and Monorail! Some construction in the area.

There are a few shops here and a couple of restaurants. There are other restaurants nearby. This center has no great shops and seems a little rundown. Monorail from Seattle Center stops here.

We took the monorail here from Seattle Center just to see what was on the other side. Coming off the monorail, you end up in a multi-level mall with stores like Zara, Lush, etc. and you can go out of the mall to the street....More

This used to be a nice place in downtown Seattle to sit outside, watch people, cool off in water feature, get a coffee and a snack, listen to street musicians. Now it smells like pee, has homeless around, and is really not relaxing at all....More

My experience in Seattle was every time I needed a taxi we just simply flagged an available one down. There were taxis everywhere and I'm certain they would be around Westlake as well. Another option is an app you can... More
