Boring, dingy bar that reeks of try hard, calling it Irish is an insult! Poor service (or no service, more like), and nasty tasting pints that any Irish person would return. This bar preys on patrons that don't know any better, I suspect.

Walked to get a couple of drinks, and could have spent the entire evening hanging out here. Bartender was awesome, beer was good, great atmosphere. A home run for my trip. Even with remodeling going on it was well worth it. Thank you for the hospitality.

I was hesitant to eat at this pub because I don't drink alcohol. There is no need to drink to enjoy this place. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I had the Shepherd's Pie. The meat was perfectly seasoned. The prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely come back to this place. There was a... More

My husband and I were full from eating dinner elsewhere. We came for the music, so I can't review the food. Our drinks were excellent. My husband is an aficionado of whiskey. He sampled their impressive list. I had an Irish coffee. Good thing we were walking! LOL! The band that night was Whisky Minstrels. They are a duo with... More

Fabulous place to stop on a chilly, rainy evening. Really enjoyed the Whisky Minstrels (live music duo). Love that the music started early enough in the evening to enjoy a late dinner (9 pm). Good Irish red, excellent cheese plate, and tried a delicious Farl wrap (potato bread savory wrap). The irish coffee/Baileys drink was good- would have been great... More

Stop in at Kells for a pint and you will feel like you are at a neighborhood pub in Ireland. The patrons are very friendly and the bar staff efficient.

The Guinness was sour and the service was terrible. Firstly, it was a chilly day and we were forced to sit by the door. We asked if we could move to a table near the back but were told "no." The server was very inattentive, often leaving the table when one of us was mid-sentence. My food had tomatoes when... More

Oh we did have a great visit to Kells. Great drinks (the Baileys coffee was divine) British soccer on the TV and tasty food. The staff were friendly and helpful around the football. It was a very jolly visit!

An Irish Pub with a live band playing on a Saturday night. What more do you want? The dance floor was a good size so although hopping it didn't become a mosh pit. Just a great vibe. Warm, authentic. Can't wait to get back.
