Beautiful views. Nice benches close to the water. Bring a picnic and soak in the scenery. Nice kids park.

Westchester Lagoon is a good place to go ice skating in the Winter. A fairly large area is usually kept clear of snow for skating. There are also trails nearby (Westchester Creek Trail and Tony Knolls Costal Trail) for hiking or cross-country skiing.
