Great place to enjoy very colorful and serene gardens when the flowers are blooming. The rose garden is quite large and very pretty, but there are several other gardens to explore as well as the new conservatory which is impressive.

A beautiful venue with stunning views and cared for grounds. My mom and I went there for the antique show and had a lovely time

This was an interesting facility. There was an antique show held there...terribly expensive. Took the trolley to see the gardens..that was worth it. Great history. Wonderful flowers and outdoor model railroad.

Our family loves Lauritzen Gardens year round! Of course it's gorgeous during growing season, but they also have a wonderful Poinsettia display in December. In June/July they participate in Railroad Days with several other museums, bringing in a number of model trains. They also have a very unique outdoor rain set that my son could watch for hours!

Great Botanical Garden with many vignettes; Children's Garden, Victorian Garden, Meadow Garden, Reflection Pond, Chinese Garden, Rose Garden, Herb Garden, Hosta Garden, Train Garden to name a few. This is great for adults and children. A Tram is available for those who need to keep the walking down to a minimum. Indoor as well as outdoor gardens so you can... More

I love Lauritzen Gardens enough that I got a membership. It's one of my very favorite places in all of Omaha. I love spending my weekends up to my elbows in dirt, planting various plants and flowers, so it's easy for me to love Lauritzen Gardens, but I think that even people who aren't into gardening or botany would enjoy... A nice quiet tram ride with a lot of good photo opportunities. Plenty of seasonal flowers to take pictures of and it is a nice way to unwind. They also have a couple of locomotives that my boys enjoyed.

I've been here in the late spring and found it gorgeous. I was just here in the later fall. It's not very flowery, but still the tour is so very enjoyable - and I noticed the indoor gardens more this time.
