Stayed at Lake Cunningham campground (Tent), site #12. The campground was clean, had two water hydrants nearby and a shower facility. It was quiet the entire weekend, lots of families with kids and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location of the park was perfect with...More

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff that works at the park are rude and harassed us the entire visit. He even tried stealing other campers equipment. The park supervisor just yelled when I informed him of that and told me that's...More

We live near Cunningham and love to go on hikes and go kayaking. I wish there was a swim area for kids, but Omaha area lakes tend to stay away from that. It is within Omaha city limits, but fairly isolated so there isn't a...More

We stayed at the campground Memorial weekend. The roads and campsites are all gravel. It was a big dust bowl the whole weekend. The sites are 30 amp electric. It did hit 100 degrees on Saturday. At 2:30 in the afternoon the whole campground lost...More

We RV a LOT and consider this to be among the very best campgrounds in the US. At only $7.50 per night, includes 30 amp electric for seniors with a Senior Pass. It's a Core of Engineers campground, therefore qualifying for 1/2 price camping for...More

Rules are not enforced at all at this campground. People will stay for a night without paying, be drunk at 3AM blasting horrific music. This campground is in a very convenient area for city people, hence why I actually visit so often. It's a pretty...More

We visited Omaha this past weekend to pick up a camping trailer. We camped at the Glenn Cunningham Lake Campground. We knew nothing about this before we arrived. We were very impressed. The sites are spaced so that you are not on top of each...More

This review is only on the camping aspects of the park. The fishing and other lake activities might be great, but the campground was a disappointment. Yes, it is cheap and we just needed a site with electricity for one night so, based on the...More

Yes, on the east side of the lake (using the entrance road off of 72nd Street) there is a playground area for kids not far from the water.
