This place was just simply amazing. We got a private tour from an uncle that works there and the place is just amazing. It has an extensive array of TV's showing all of the tracks and their current status across the midwest. The floor looks like a busy place to work, but most people working seemed to be happily engaged... More

There is a place to shop Union Pacific items on the main floor. There is also a fantastic place to eat with excellent food that is open to the public.

This is the corporate headquarters of the Union Pacific Railroad. Upon entering on through the doors on Dodge street there is a gift shop that has many things Union Pacific. But other than the gift shop it is just a company building. It is one block from the First National's Spirit of Nebraska's Wilderness and Pioneer Courage Park

It's something to see, just to walk through the open areas on the public ground floors. It has beautiful open atrium architecture. The UP gift shop is on the first level and has some fun train related gifts. If you're around for breakfast or lunch the cafeteria is great and has an amazing selection. It's also reasonably priced which is... More

If your interested in a quick lunch with a wide variety of foods, then this is the place. Quality was good and checkout was decent. Prices were a little high, but not unreasonable. Location is close to the First National statue park. Inside of the UP building is also impressive.

It explained President's Lincoln's proposal for railroads across the nation. It tells how the route was chosen, what was involved in ;the building. Very detailed on the historic items. It slowly brings you forward in time to the present. The new way of laying tracks are shown and explained. The various hubs are discussed and a replica of the electronic... More
