This tourist attraction is enjoyable although crowded and you do need to book online in advance. It's expensive (40 euros each) although you can stay in as long as you like. It does feel like it's selling its soul out for extra cash with the in pool bar catering to stag and hen parties (and bizarrely even school trips -... More

Firstly, this place is busy. You need to be prepared to queue to get in, and then once in you are probably going to have to wait for a locker because there aren't enough. I went to a changing room and got changed into my costume, only to find that all the lockers had been taken in that area. I... More

Fantastic. Worth bringing your own food and drink, as the cafe is understandably expensive. Also leave plenty of the supplied conditioner in your hair BEFORE going in the lagoon, to try to protect it.

This was supposed to be a relaxing experience and from the beginning was not. We had bought a premium ticket which meant a quicker entrance but this was not the case. After queueing for a considerable time we did gain entry but would have got in quicker with a cheaper ticket. The changing rooms were limited and there were not... More

Loved it. Truly amazing experience in the thermal waters. Had a great time with friends and family. A must see in Iceland.

First time in Iceland and never thought the blue lagoon was going to be by far the best experience ever. The staff were very helpful and amicable. The whole facilities are incredible and its ideal for anyone who is looking for a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the scenery. This is a MUST do/seen in Iceland

We have just been to the blue lagoon it is very relaxing and interesting but chaos using the changing rooms not enough space. I don't advise u to leave the towels or dressing gowns that they provide on the hangers provided at the edge of the lagoon as when u return they have disappeared or lay wet on the ground.... More

Would highly recommend as it is one of those things you must do. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Still a bizarre system for bathing but hey when you are visiting you have to do the same as the locals. Food is expensive, drinks are okay but that is the same all over Iceland. Nice that they let you... More

A great experience to get into the water at 38 degrees while outside there is no moret han zero. The contrast is amazing. Even at place arrive hundreds of people, the planning and order make everything runs in an orderly and effective reach. The lagoon is very large also this helps. Something to do once in life.
