Great place to stroll around. The Main Street has shops etc - one block away it's quiet and residential, with the odd shop and restaurant

We loved Bosa so much. It's a small town but there are lots of nooks and crannies to explore. Lots of outdoor seating at cafes and beautiful, colorful buildings. It was lovely to look at from afar and fun to explore while inside.

This is a small town with hidden charm and very picturesque. It has everything, a river/canal with working fishing boats, colorful houses, great churches and palaces, a large spine road with restaurants and cafes, hundreds of small alleys climbing toward a castle. It has a...More

We'd read that Bosa was beautiful and romantic, but that the road to it (SP105) was so scenic the trip would take twic as long as it could because one has to keep stopping to admire the fabulous coastal views. It's true. Plus, even in...More

If you are staying near Bosa it is well worth a walk around with narrow cobbled lanes with brightly coloured terraced houses. At the top of the hill is a fort which costs 4 euros to walk around. In the square there are nice restaurants...More

Picturesque little town where one experiences that English is no more usefull, afternoon siesta is very strict but it is that moment when you taste the right Sardinia. I would recommend to stay for 2 nights, no more.

Look over the river by the bridge you'll find an unassuming vintage van selling to all the locals. Fab food and cold drinks at a fraction of normal. Deck chairs and parasols, looks well worn, but if you visit you'll see why!

I can not answer about the bus as we had a private bus set up for our Tour Group. Traveling alone I would go for the Car Hire which gives you the options of stopping along the way and visiting various places in and near... More
