This is a large and historic cemetery in which thousand of Confederate soldiers are interred, along with U. S. Presidents James Monroe and John Tyler, Confederate President Jefferson Davis, and Major General J. E. B. Stuart.

This is a beautiful cemetary along the banks of the James River. Walkimg through and admiring the interesting tombstones and monuments is a must
