Okay, here we go. To begin, there are actually two trolley companies in Richmond. We went to RVA Trolley the day of our tour only to find that there is another trolley company and that was the one we were booked on. Not such a big deal really, stuff happens, right? One minor detail we learned later, was that RVA... More

OK tour, only the driver was "guide" as well. Should be a Driver and a guide. Only able to get out to see one house then just drove by most others, was supposed to see "9 out of 10 top lighted houses" only saw like 5. 3 hours long and only one stop. Driver was part rude as well. 6... More

We only had a short time so this was a great way to see the city and get orientated. A very good guide who also pointed out the best places to visit. Understand how Richmond got its name and why it was not only the capital of the Confederacy but also its power house.

My three sisters and I were looking forward to learning more about Richmond as they were visiting from Northern Virginia. We had some difficulty finding our boarding location at the Omni Hotel. BTW its in front of Starbucks . When all passengers were boarded, our driver told us that our tour would probably be done about 2 o'clock not 1... More

Made arrangements for 20 seniors to take this tour. Web site said the cost would be $21 and the tour would last 1.5 hours. We were charged $25 and the tour lasted 3 hours. 3/4 of my 20 guests left the tour early because they had not paid enough parking fees for the length of the tour AND were bored... More

I thought this would be a great way to show my cousin from CA Richmond and we went on the Monday afternoon tour 10/17. The noise from the trolley, drowned out the announcer, even when the volume was turned up. (we are not hard of hearing either). The ride was uncomfortable and seats needed more cushioning, and the air conditioning... More

This is an easy way to get the lay of the land in the City of RIchmond along with a knowledgeable tour guide to get the hightlights of many, but not all, that Richmond has to offer. The down side is that there are no stops along the way to actually get out and experience special places. Still if you... More

We took this tour on a weekday so the trolley wasn't even half full. Our driver was Wanda and our guide was Melissa. They were both great. Melissa was very knowledgeable. We have lived a outside of Richmond all of our lives and we learned a lot.
