My first time here for a concert. Very disappointed with the stage layout for a concert. The stage is in the middle of the floor. Therefore, no large visual display for special effects. Can't see any of the band. Unless you are seating in a...More

We went to Philips Arena for the imagine dragons concert on a Tuesday night. We parked in the red deck for $20 and it was very close. The red deck sits between the new Mercedes Benz dome and the Philips Arena. You have to cross...More

We went to see Fall Out Boy Saturday night at Philips Arena. It has been a very long time since we have been here, not since the Thrashers left town. We ate at Atlantic Station (The Pig & the Pearl) which was very good. Getting...More

We recently attended a concert at Philips Arena. We found the arena to be clean, open and very easy to navigate. Tons of food and other vendors throughout with many walking the arena seating area with various offerings. Seats were very comfortable and roomy enough...More

Parking is ample and reasonable. Many hotels and restaurants within walking distance. Not a difficult venue to navigate. Good variety of food and beverage vendors inside.

I have yet to have a bad experience here and I have lived in Atlanta all my life. The best events I remember are the Globetrotters and the circus. There is a medium amount of walking required but very doable for most. You are able...More

You can't beat this place for concerts. Pre-paid for parking. Easy to navigate once inside. Air conditioned so you aren't outside sweating the whole concert. Food and drinks are pricey so maybe eat first and save your money for the drinks. It is always a...More

I would not drive if I didn't have too, it is much easier to take Marta and just walk, I love the CNN food court, a great variety of food. No seat is a terrible seat.

I think it depends on the crowd for the concert, but it always seems like its one inconsiderate person who lights up. I have been to several shows here but I have never seen the smoking rule enforced. I would tell an usher... More

Honestly, I can't say as I wasn't inside the arena. I walked around the outside and never had a chance to go in as the Circus was in town and I didn't have tickets. I would take a look at the floor plan for a concert on... More

We weren't cold, but, then, we were at a basketball game. Don't know if they make it colder for a concert. I'd bring a light sweater or jacket just to be safe.
