I love Piedmont Park and walk through it more than once a week. It has beautiful open spaces(the meadow), a playground, dedicated active spaces (active oval), dog park, and much more. The past month or more the meadow has been torn up and full of construction! Orange tape everywhere! Avoid this space for professional pictures and the like until it's... More

If you love to walk, this is the attraction for you. It is a lovely large park in Midtown. There is a large lake and the Dogwood Festival is a very popular event in April - music, food, fun.

I went for a run at this park and it was great. Beautiful landscape, good tracks and a lot of people running. It's a very good environment for a morning exercise.

Perfect for walking, biking, rollerblading, picnics. I love Piedmont park! There are lots of fun events during the warm months, some free, some cost money, but overall it's always a great place to visit.

This was my first visit to Piedmont Park and the annual Dogwood Festival was taking place. The park is wonderful! It's clean and nicely appointed. There are really great views of the city from the park. The Dogwood Festival features artist booths and food booths. The art is one of a kind and most accepted credit card payments. The food... Great Park in the middle of the city, it is like Atlanta's Central Park... Atlanta already is in the middle of a Forest. Great views of Atlanta Skyline, specially Midtown.

A really nice day out looking at all the artists work and crafts etc available for sale. The craft fair stretches right around the lake and will take a good couple of hours to get around with the slow browse. There are plenty of food and drink (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic ) vendors spaced at regular intervals and offering a... More

I was in town visiting for the weekend. My friends and I attended the festival and it was fun. We did the interactive photo with the Cirque De Soleil staff, sampled barefoot wine and ate some good food, the atmosphere was amazing and it was drama free. Live music, arts and good food. Great experience.
