Dined at Dunwoody location on June 24th. While the food was OK the treatment by staff and manager was terrible. -The menu states salad with entrée was $2 less than the regular price. Which the regular price was charged. -Evidently there is a 2 Hr. limit. While we ordered dessert and coffee slightly less that our 2 hour visit the wait staff started clearing the table before we finished eating. -Evidently the tip of 20% is added to the bill over $150. Our bill for was somewhat less but the 20% was added automatically. When asked to speak to the manager, he came over with his PJ bottoms and his gut hanging out of his T-shirt and said that was their policy; and as to the salad, he stated that it was a different salad ( even though salad with entrée on menu was $2 less). Getting nowhere we signed and left. Frankly, we did not feel welcomed even though we have lived the area for over 30 years. Perhaps with the 2 hour wait and the tip automatically added we did not meet the demographic of the typical cliental. As you probably know there are numerous places to dine in the immediate area. This experience is a terrible reflection on you restaurant.

Intercontinental hotel in Buckhead has a true customer service star. His name is Jermaine. We met as he helped me retrieve a car. Warm, effective, professional. I think he will be a senior manager in the near future. He gets it.

I like this area of Atlanta the best. There are a lot of upscale hotels and places to eat. I was only there for one day but it was enjoyable. I’d go to this area again.

There is no there there. Just lots of new corporate buildings and malls that could be anywhere. Boring.

a crime ridden area, looking pretty decent, but wait for night to fall, it turns into your nearby hood. The mall at that place is constantly on the news for its shootings and assaults, gangs make this place its business area. The mall has metal detectors to go in, it is a place where you have to watch your surroundings and be aware. While the crime rose in atlanta 22% since the riots of 2020, buckhead saw a rise in crime of 58%

Have been there at least a dozen times on business over the past decade. Always felt safe and went for a job whenever I've been in town. I wouldn't set foot in Buckhead now. Joggers getting shot and women getting beat up in parking lots. I feel bad for the residents.

I went to Atlanta for a multi-day sporting event at Mercedes Benz Stadium. Was reluctant to go due to the nonsense that occurred last year. I stayed in Buckhead since it was central to the venue and family and friends I wanted to visit. I didn't patronize much in Buckhead but found the area to be clean and safe. I wish I had more time there. I stayed at the Spring Hill Suites by Marriot in Buckhead. The hotel was nice but I was hit with a $25.00 per day parking fee I wasn't expecting. Thanks BJ's Travel/Expedia. They also advertised free breakfast. That turned into Continental Breakfast that turned into grab and go which turned into a staff member handing you a banana and some coffee. I would have paid more for a hotel with a decent breakfast. I blame BJ's/Expedia for that! Otherwise the hotel was nice. Everything else I did was great. Spent some time in Brookhaven and Chamblee. Hiked at the Sweetwater River Trails in Ate at Cheese Cake Factory and Blue Top respectively. The people and employees in both areas were awesome. Polite, respectful, and just friendly. Sad that a small group of Atlanta residents can create such a poor impression of an entire region of the state. Thank you to north Atlanta for opening my eyes.

Bougie area with a lot of shops, restaurants and high end housing and cars. I guess if you wanted to, you could pretty much stay there and never leave.
