I've been about 10 times and it has been great
Big place! Lots of seating and food options. They have great cheers for atlanta united, car models, and games to test. THis place is fun to go to with friends and family! I highly recommend this place to Falcon and Atlanta United fans!

Amazing venue for The Eras Tour
I went with my sister for the third night of "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour". I absolutely loved this venue, I've only been to baseball venues before in the US so I really didn't know what to expect. This stadium was huuuuge, nothing i've ever seen before. I loved there were lots of food spots and had several options to pick from. I really enjoyed there was a closed venue and we had A/C and wifi for the whole concert. I'd love to go someday when there's a football game.

    Impressive Stadium
We just stayed outside the Mercedes Benz Stadium, but even this was very impressive. The parking lot is close to the city centre and was quite save. Visiting a NFL game would have been even more impressive, but we were there in the pre-season.

A truly unique tour thanks to the weather
We had a tour of the stadium booked the day that the torrential downpour caused the building to leak and be evacuated. Even with that in mind, 5*s! The day started OK – Stephen and Anthony greeted us and introduced themselves. They had great personal interaction and were clearly very knowledgeable about the stadium. There were only 3 of us total in the tour group as some people didn’t make it, but that didn’t stop them from giving it their all. The tour was very interesting and I enjoyed seeing and hearing about the behind the scenes of the stadium. Sadly for us (and for our guides) our tour had to be cut short by about 10 minutes due to the extreme weather conditions outside and rain getting into the building! It felt ironic as they’d been telling us how the building can withstand 190mph winds. We were told we could hang around the lobby area until the storm subsided, but we decided we’d head out to our next venture. Worried about us, they found some plastic bags /sheets to keep us dry from the storm. Thank you Anthony and Stephen for a truly one of a kind tour experience.

    WOW
Unbelievable building. The enormity of it is incredible. The amenities including bathrooms, concessions, sight lines accessibility from mass transit are all superb. Add the fact that the Falcons won on a fg as time expired and you have the makings of a great day. Everything was clean and well marked, really an enjoyable visit. Much better than the old Dome, not quite on Vegas or JerryWorlds level but not far behind either.

    A fantastic stadium
This is simply an amazing stadium. If you get a chance to attend a game here please do it as the views are amazing and even though it was a soccer game the atmosphere was very good. We went to see Atlanta United versus Colorado Rapids which was a very good game. We sat in 123- Row 25 and the seats were excellent. You do not have to eat before you go as the food selection is amazing and reasonably priced for an event stadium We enjoyed Fresh Mex Chicken Taco's and then the local Brusters Real Ic-cream and the chocolate and butter pecan were both excellent. I also enjoyed a very good Wild Leap IPA from the Atlanta Grill. However three things to note to make sure you have a great experience: 1. With large bags you may need to put them in lockers before you go in and this is the same for most handbags. 2. You will need ID for Proof of Age for alcohol. 3. Finally and most importantly you cannot buy tickets on the day so you need to buy in advance.

Mr. Melvin Rush = Great Customer Service
Mr. Melvin Rush is a phenomenal facilities manager. I mistakenly dropped my phone in one of the room in the stadium after visiting with my son who plays on the Vikings team. Mr. Rush said “no problem” and escorted me to the area and was doing all he could to assist me. His customer service focus was spot on because could’ve easily said sorry sir the facility is now closed. However, Melvin wanted my experience at the stadium to be a great one and I appreciate that mindset of customer service first! Great job Mr. Rush and I’ll be back!

    Excellent Stadium Experience
I attended the Eras Tour-Taylor Swift concert and was a little apprehensive about safety, etc. The security and stadium staff were out in force and I felt very taken care of - literally everyone we came in contact with that works in the stadium was so helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were remarkably well-maintained, there were plenty of clearly marked exits and it was very clean considering the sheer volume of people in and out of the stadium area. 10/10 experience

    Great time.
First time to the stadium. Went for Falcons football game. Easy access to the stadium. Wonderful sight lines from our seats. Vending was easy and pricing was better than any other stadium I have been to. Didn't feel overly crowded in the concourse area. Restroom was also easy access. One of my tops stadiums.

    Fun stadium tour tbh
I like to travel to a lot of stadiums tbh I havnt been to a game at this one yet but I did do a stadium tour and had a fun time. The tour guides were fun and chill to talk to. Stadium is new so it is nice. Not much stadium history but it was cool to see all the events they host. Definitely is a nice stadium though and cheap stadium prices and the falcon in front of the stadium is huge.

By far one of the worst stadium tours I have ever taken. Just terrible, would absolutely recommend that you don’t waste your money or time.

The actual stadium is nice, modern and cool to see, but the guided tour is silly.

The tour had about 30 people and that was really to many at one time. The guide had a low voice, had the small speaker that she used to speak into, turned against her body so it wouldn’t echo, causing her voice to be absorbed and not where anyone could hear her.

Some of the things she pointed out, a garbage can to brag about how recycling helps build houses. The concession stand and its 2.00 hot dogs, the alcohol purchase area that uses facial recognition, we even went outside to see a tiny garden!!!!!!

There was absolutely zero history spoken about the Atlanta Falcons, the Super Bowl played there, the soccer team playing there, any concerts that might have been there, etc.

Don’t waste your money. We did get to go into the Falcons locker room but was very much hurried out. We could not go on the field because it’s soccer season but no game that day, not until the next day.

The gift shop was not open so don’t expect to buy any souvenirs after the tour, but be excited about the trash can they tell you about and that dirt garden!

Again, save your money.

There was no ice in the soda vending machines at the beginning of the SEC championship. We had to drink warm soda. Arrived right at kick off and stood in the aisle to watch the 10 seconds it takes to kick off. I was harassed by the aisle police and threaten to be kicked out. Someone better rethink how they treat there customers. Why spend the $$ when they have crappy service.

The Sound at Mercedes Benz Stadium for George Strait, Willie Nelson, Carrie Underwood and Little Big Town
Was so horribly bad on the main floor that I would have rather heard a garage band at guitar center on a Saturday afternoon… With all the Technology and knowledge nowadays in sound reinforcement .
It was embarrassing to say the least.
