That was the second time that we went to Atlanta for a concert of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. We went to hear Augustin Hadelich play Shostakovitch violin concerto 1 and Rachmaninoff symphony 2 which were amazingly executed. I only wish we did not live this...More

-Clean, Pretty venue -“1280” Restaurant aside venue. “Rose & Rye” Restaurant across the street. -Several bars available to purchase a basic drink/snack during intermission. They will flash the overhead lights three times during intermission. The first begins the 15min countdown in 5 min increments. -Multiple...More

First time attending a symphony orchestra event and it was out of this world! I am not a musician and really enjoy listening to most music genres, but this had to be one of the best musical events I have ever attended. Musicians are extremely...More

We’ve attended several shows over the years, but this last one was a lot of fun. The ASO accompanied a screening of “Star Wars: a New Hope”. Subtitles on the screen. Seats were great (row G orchestra) and acoustics were wonderful. Small selection of bar...More

We have attended many Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (ASO) concerts over the last few years. We have always been impressed and never disappointed. We are both musicians and played in orchestras in the past so we can appreciate the musicianship in the ASO. We have also...More

After attending Atlanta Symphony concerts for over 40 years and also attending other symphony performances around the world, I would put this symphony up against any other. While the symphony hall is acceptable Atlanta needs and deserves a better hall in order to properly display...More

Orchestra and guest mezzo soprano and pianist were just excellent tonight. Coupled with excellent logistics (ticket purchase, parking pass, entry/exit) you can’t beat the whole package. Helpful employees roam the lobby before the show helping take pictures and answering questions. Just really enjoyed every part...More

My family has tickets for the show tonight. Due to the snow today and poor traffic conditions, we're unable to make it. We discovered that the show can't be cancelled because of their contract with Wynton Marsalis. In other words, who cares about public safety...More

It was a wonderful night. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Next time I won’t wait so long to purchase tickets as we had to sit right up front practically. The only upside to that was that the conductor was super cute. I enjoyed...More
