Interesting place on main street. Has fast food places in it such as Panda Express, Dunkin Donuts, and McDonalds. Old railroad cars are part of the building.

The following is my opinion of my recent visit. This place is GROSS. It reminds me of a shanty town. It's basically a bunch of train cars and sheds that are connected with duct tape. If you are traveling through here, I recommend that you pack a sandwich and keep on driving.

Whew! Where to begin. First this place is very busy. It's hard to even park. It's hard to find an outside patch of gravel or dirt for the dog to relieve herself. Cute on the outside, and jammed on the inside with people and things for sale. Both the guys and gals restrooms where old and dirty. (Your food is... More

The concept for this place is great: Provide a stop with restrooms, various eateries, and shopping all under one roof at a major crossroads. In reality it is basically a toilet on the Las Vegas to Los Angeles drive...and not a clean one. We stopped here for a quick lunch and restroom break while on the road and once was... More

We have traveled back and forth to California for over thirty years and we have always stopped here. It's now just become a tradition. Great ice cream and clean restrooms.

Whenever we find ourselves traveling through Barstow we make it a point to make a comfort stop here. You can use the facilities, grab a coffee or a bite to eat, shop a little if you like, and be back on the road. We always find ourselves stopping at the candy counter before we leave. They have a good selection,... More

I wondered what Barstow Station was so I had to make a stop. Kids will find it fun with the McDonald's in 2 rail cars. The station is busy with several fast food options such as McDonald's and Panda Express. It's a lot like truck stops along the free way with a small food market and lots of overpriced souvenir... They have probably anything you are looking for but it was way too busy for me, along with the shopping they have a few fast food restaurants and tour bus parking in the back. Now when you get 5 or 6 busses emptying out its like a ship hitting port and the sailor's are running wild, flashbacks from the aircraft... More
