Denia's old town is very interesting. Extremely quiet with many old buildings and its narrow streets. The evening is very lively because of the many bars and restaurants that are located here.

This is the old heart of Denía and is full of bars and restaurants and all in all pretty photogenic as well. A nice place to stroll round daytime or night.

The old neighbourhood is beautiful, colourful with particular positive vibes. Old houses, little restaurants with tables outside for drinking, dining and enjoy your time.

A Fantastic holiday destination, great beaches, good food and friendly people, but our holiday was ruined by the awful illegal loud deafening noise of 50 cc scooters with illegay modified exhaust pipes, the sound of these devices scared my children and upset us all.Denia did not have this illegal problematicnoise pollution when we visited some years ago.

The remains of old Dénia winding up to the castle are well worth’s wander. Take time to see the castle too. What is left gives a real sense of history of Spain and Dénia.

We absolutely love Denia and the historic "Old Town" area. Wandering around the town exploring all the little side streets, stopping off for a coffee or a bite to eat. The place is so relaxing and the people so lovely, where ever you go, helpful and friendly. We never tire of heading down to Denia and just wandering here.

We visited Denia twice during our stay in the area & loved the town, especially the old quarter with its old cottages, narrow winding streets & nice selection of local bars, cafes & restaurants.
You can use the free solar powered boat to cross the mariner, only takes a couple of minutes but you get nice views of Denia from the water, especially the Castle.

We wandered around the small town from one corner to another and saw all the figures decorated by the local towns folk making fun of local characters.
The winning best one is kept, the others burnt on Father’s Day/ fiesta with local bangs, merriment and fireworks.
Several bars and restaurants.
The marina at one end of the town.
Lots to look at!

This old area of Dénia is dominated by the castle, perched on a rocky outcrop. The ancient streets and interesting buildings wander round the southern side of the castle. Full of little bars and restaurants.
