The promenade is along a beautiful sandy beach with views of the nearby mountain. There are many very nice restaurants and also several bars, shops, and ice cream vendors. It is a great place to take a walk or have a meal.

Fun promenade along the beach with lots of restaurants, some bars and ice cream. Very touristy but really this whole city is full of other western european vacationers.

Delightful in the day time. However this area has, locally a reputation for yobbish behavior in the late evenings , so be aware.

Lovely walk along the unspoilt coastline. Plenty to see and do at each end of the bay, but the restaurants in the old town are nicer. I would recommend the restaurants on the shore . Fantastic food and atmosphere.

Attractive promenade with lots of bars and restaurants. Pavings were renewed a few years back which has improved the look massively. Some car parking but usually very busy.
