this is really 2 museums .One is local history and the other floor has Cecil Rhodes and Africa history all very well laid out ,This is also a theatre which has excellent shows for it's size and is certainly worth keeping up to date with...More

Fascinating way to spend a few hours - unexpected delights include the Cecil Rhodes & Gilbey’s (gin) connections to the town, exhibits & information.

Lovely staff, always very accommodating with the children. Lots to see and do and some interactive exhibits. Highly recommended.

Went with small grandson. We ahd a speedy visit as he was really too young to be interested in very much, but we will go again when he is older.
