After 10 days on Maui hands down this was our favorite beach. Parking is limited so arrive before 9 or you will have a tough time finding a place to park. The snorkeling was great and we saw lots of turtles. This beach is also...More

A beautiful beach with limited parking, so it is a bit more quiet. I only saw one turtle, but plenty of beautiful fish. The water is super clear and the bay is protected from the winds so the water is still calm in the afternoon.

Loved this little hidden gem. Within five minutes of arriving there a huge turtle swam by casually. It was amazing! Parking is a few minutes away but worth the walk. There is a gorgeous church and graveyard dating back to 1832! Worth the drive especially...More

Not lots of curbside parking, but easy to access still. Clean beaches, not crowded and awesome views.

We had heard from locals about the sea turtles 🐢 that come to rest on the beach. There is a great car park and the beach is very accessible. There are turtles here all the time so you won't miss out. There were so many...More

We went out to Maluaka Beach early afternoon. The beach wasnt very busy, there was plenty of shade. The best part? ALL THE TURTLES! This is a very good place to snorkel. The only issue was the current was pretty strong. I think it would...More

If you want to see green turtles, Maluaka Beach is your family place. Also if you like snorkeling this is the territory to do that considering its calm and warm water. Advice, the entrance of this beach is not well signaled, hence the GPS will...More

Can walk in to snorkel or play in the clear waters. Gets more crowded and current gets stronger by the rocks about 11am. Best to stick to swimming after that.

I would rate this beach as average. It's more of a local beach which is cool, but I wouldn't recommend if you want a "post card" Maui beach. Check out Big Beach just a few minutes south if you want a "screen saver" type beach...More

Visiting this was a beautiful ending for our week long stay! This particular day was not crowded and was, well, Hawaii at its best!

We just Google mapped Turtle Town Maui and it took us straight to the maluaka beach parking lot. We went once in the morning and once in the afternoon, both times we found a parking spot. There's a bathroom house on the left... More
