Surrounded by high end hotels, the beach is lovely. My husband saw a sea turtle there while boogie boarding! Great view of north Maui and wind farm. Lovely narrow walkway along the beaches.

Put on your tennis shoes or good walking sandals. We were told the beach path is 3 miles round trip. Walking on the sidewalk with the beach and waves next to us was great. The Wailea beach is available for swimming and relaxing from many...More

This beach is near the Four Seasons Maui and is so very clean. The view of Molokini Crater and Lanai in the distance offer great sunsets. The water was warm and the waves were pounding yet gentle. In the distance we could see the whales...More

This is a great beach the water is usually clear and shore break is pretty gentle most of the time. The bottom is sandy and there is not a lot of coral or reef until you get out deeper.

About noon the wind kicks up and waves are amazing for wake boarding and body surfing. Plenty of beach so doesn't feel crowded at all.

the beach is so nice. beautiful, soft sand and clear blue water. there are cooled lava flows that you can walk across (with shoes) in the water to see some cool creatures like sea urchins, cucumbers, fish, crabs, ect

There are limited parking spots close by the beach. The four seasons hotel is nearby. I saw people renting chairs and umbrellas.

Lovely beach but you have to go out a ways and north to get to healthier coral when snorkeling. We saw kayakers jump out of their kayak in order to swim with porpoises, from our balcony!!!

You can always go get in your car and drive to Makawao which is a cool little town that is "upcountry"...or you can just walk next door to the hotel and shop at the mall.
