Beautiful reserve run by Luis, the friendliest person! Beautiful property surrounded by pristine forest where you can see waterfalls, birdwatch, spot the occasional monkey, puma or bear if you are very lucky!

I had heard about Rio Bravo and its waterfall, but I knew little more. My friend and I arranged in advance to visit Rio Bravo, and wow, it was a very informative and amazing experience! The caretaker led us on a hike to the waterfall. It was an amazing hike to one of the biggest waterfalls we have seen! What a great experience it was, and so un-touristy, we highly recommend it!

Filled with orchids and various plants, butterflies and birds, the trail leads to a gorgeous waterfall. Really worth it if you enjoy hiking. I do insect photography and was able to see various beautiful species along the trail.

We went for a long walk with a guide that we contracted in the town center. The experience was amazing, after a ~30 min drive by car, we just entered in the real jungle. You can visit several waterfalls and enjoy all the sounds and clean air from the region. It is also great if you like to spot beautiful... More

mindo is a little nice town into a beautiful nature. the place is quiet and the landscape are so amazing! Lot of forests and river like the Rio Bravo!
