As Peachheads from NJ, we were thrilled to get to The Big House on our recent trip to Georgia! Amazing amount of memorabilia, instruments, pix, etc... We spent almost 2 hours here and would definitely recommend it to any Allman Bros fans!

What a treasure! This museum is so full of incredible memorabilia that anyone who loves music and especially fans of Allman Brothers music will surely appreciate. Great stop; make certain to visit when in the area.

I stayed at the 1842 Inn which was lovely and very close to the museum and other Macon sites. Staff so friendly and cones with breakfast.There are other inns in the area you could check out as well.

You will want a picture of the gates! I passed by them 10 years wondering why they were mushrooms!
