Beautiful period home with lovely gardens.Shame we were limited with our time as we did not get a chance to visit the inside. They had a garden show which was nice and I brought home a few unique things for my home and gifts.

The tour guide was very good. While the house did not have original furniture, it was of the period. It helped me understand the history of Macon better. I would recommend.

This is educational but could have I could have found more interesting things to do. This is basically a large homethat once had a cannon in it but has since been removed.
