It is a surprise to even Utahns to find this lovely bird sanctuary in the corner of a city block. This site is a great way to introduce children to the word "aviary" and help adults get closer to the flying creatures around us.

This place was amazing, beautiful and quiet. My 2 kids loved feeding the sun conures and loved seeing the owls. we spent about 2 hours here and loved every min. A must see if you are going to SLC.

We were thrilled with the vast selection of birds we were able to see here. Many are native to other continents that we might not have been able to see without traveling to the exotic places some of the birds call home. A truly wonderful afternoon of walking through gardens and witnessing the beauty of feathered friends.

The aviary had a lot to see and was a very fun stop on our one-day visit to Salt Lake City. There are all kinds of ducks and water birds, owls, eagles, condors, flamingos, tropical birds, and roaming peacocks. My favorites were the owls and the whistling ducks. My kids loved the displays because the birds were so easy to... More

I'm a huge bird fan and I love Tracy Aviary. I've visited it regularly since I was a child. It's showing its age a bit nowadays, but it's a wonderful way to spend a lazy afternoon.

Tracy Aviary is in the middle of a large, well-established city park. Entrance fees are affordable and there are group rates. All animals are well cared for and the trainers and staff genuinely care. There are at least two free shows we have seen, and the birds are fun to watch! Plus, when out in the park at certain times... More

This lovely Aviary is located in Liberty Park. On a partly sunny day my son and I perfectly timed a trip to this Aviary. The birds were busy enjoying a sunny moment, and we were able to stroll around for about an hour. I took some nice photos and enjoyed the day. Looks like they have kiddy rides open during... More

This is a great place to spend a couple of hours and learn about birds of the world. Staff here really care about and love these birds. They are knowledgeable and put on a great bird show. A must-see during a Salt Lake City visit!
