Be prepared to be very hot if you go in mid summer !! It's amazing though to see these folks take such good care of these cats. They do a grand job. The front office needs work but it's a pleasant activity for all ages. You MUST Keep your kids close though because it is close encounter. No letting your... More

Visited Great Cats World Park and loved seeing the big cats! The facility was a little run down but was not by any means horrible. The first tour guide was very friendly and informative and seemed to enjoy her job. The tour guide that came in halfway was not as impressive. She seemed to just give ANOTHER tour and just... More

Even though I detest facilities such as this , this one did focus on large cats from several continents such as leopards , jaguars and the mountain lion . The star of this ting three ring circus was of course their Amur Leopard with only 300 world wide and a mere 30 left in the wild , sadly this exquisite... More

I had originally thought this place was a rescue place, but it's just a creepy circus-type place. The unfriendly tour guide used meat to entice the cats to come out and do tricks like show their teeth or climb up the cage. It was impressive to see the beautiful cats up close, but sad to think how tedious their lives... More

This used to be a wonderful place when Craig was giving the tours, now there are some women that do the tours and they are rude and short with people. The Lion looks skinny and the place has gotten really run down. It made me sad to see how it has changed.

Visited the park with my sister. She had been there before and raved about how informative the guide Craig was, how long the tour lasted, and how well the animals were being treated and interacted with. Unfortunately that was not the case at all during our visit. The staff seemed irritated at any questions we asked, and were generally less... More

My grandson is always asking questions about great cats, who is stronger, where do they live, what do they eat etc. So we made a little stop and now we have answers for all his questions. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a good relationship with the cats. I had no idea this place existed until we were... More

The great cats park is a great attraction just 30 minutes SW of Grants Pass. It's all outdoors so go early in the day if the weather is predicted to be hot as the cats are less playful in the heat and it's also 100% outside for the exhibit. The guide we had was very knowledgeable and had answers for... More

The lady giving the tour was rude and acted as if she did not want to be there. All the animals looked extremely hot, especially the male Lion. Most had little tiny bowls of water. There is also not that much to see for the money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, definitely not going back.
