Didn't complete the Botanic Garden but we enjoy the bug section. Great interaction for the little ones. Small building but a few hands-on. Quick run through while giving you a break from the heat/cold weather. There was a children's fantasy garden which was a great...More

This is nothing like the Butchart Gardens in Victoria, BC, but I think it deserves a visit. I am not a plant person but enjoy the outdoors and this is a nice outdoorsy place to go within the city. Visited a few times last summer...More

Bugarium and the children fantasy garden are note to be missed. We also took the train ride that goes around the park.

Spent all day here with friends. The gardens are beautiful and there is so much to do. Go with a camera, sunscreen, water, and sunglasses and prepare to enjoy a very peaceful day.

Visited in April so all flowers weren't blooming yet. It did have a nice layout and was a nice place for families to visit.

It all depends on how thorough you want to be. You could spend as little as a few hours. We spent over 4.
Can you have a photographer take ur pictures in there

The photographer needs to get permission ahead of time. It makes sense - they don't want the experience of the visitors to be interrupted by a personal photography session.
