I am in good health but at 75 have not ridden bikes for years other than just around the neighborhood. If anyone in our age range has done the 29 miles downhill I would love your comments?

We did the Fall River Road ride which is available until the 1st of July. First of all, it was only 19 miles long and with no uphill at all. All down hill. And no cars at all. This might be an option. It was stunning.
