Went to the theater to see the 17 Samurai Show. Had tickets for row 14, center stage. The inside has been nicely restored and fun to observe. The sound was good and not overwhelming like so many musical shows. The drums did definitely vibrate the seat, which added to the show. Nice venue for smaller acts or shows.

We are always happy coming to the Fox Theater, as it just seems to take you back to the times, when there were many such beautifully detailed movie houses. As we sit in the Loge area (upstairs) we spend our time looking at the ceiling until the performance begins. To truly see the magnificence of that ceiling, one must be... More

I've been going to this Downtown theatre since it reopened in 2006 after being closed for 32 years. It took a community-wide effort to restore the dilapidated building to its 1930 look. As an architecture buff, I especially like the Southwestern Art Deco ambiance, which contributed to the structure being included on the National Register of Historic Places. Details include... More

I have played here 3 times, and watch concerts too. Very nice remodeled theater with great acoustics. You will love attending any concert here.

With a great variety of shows and occasional movies. The interior is amazing ... the walls, the light fixtures ... and the stage are well worth seeing. Soft drinks, beer and alcohol, candy and popcorn is available and allowed in the seating area. Reserved seating is available with theater members getting advanced purchase options. Theater staff is friendly and very... More

We have seen two (2) different productions at the FOX and have decided that we will be going again and again. It's exterior and Interior has been restored to it's 30's glory. The light fixtures are truly a must see! A warning for those who don't do stairs, there is no elevator to be seen. It is a small venue... More

I went to see Lila Downs at Fox Theater and the way the music is enhanced by the place is just amazing. I loved the music and I have been there before to see George and the destroyers. I will continue to attend venues there.

Restored to its 1930's Art Deco form. There are about 1200 comfortable seats. All seats have good views. Alcoholic beverages served in the lobby can be taken into the theater area. Downtown Tucson is on the rise with many new restaurants and a modern streetcar. Scheduled tours are often available. Call first.

Had the opportunity to see Jackie Evancho live and presenting her Awakening album selections and Christmas songs. She is a lovely young lady blessed with an amazing voice and stage presence. Actually this was in December 2015. The Fox, having recently been renovated provides an entertainment venue harkening back to the 40's,50's and 60's

My sister and I attended a Christmas program featuring the Ten Tenors. I think all seats are probably good because it is a small theater. It opened in 1930 so the architecture and decorations are wonderful. Go online to their website to see up-coming shows.
