The King William historic area doesn't necessarily cover a large area, but some of the hold homes are truly beautiful. I recommend taking the time to stroll around, rather than driving.

We read about this on Trip Advisor and drove to the area and were a bit disappointed to see it was just an area with nice houses.

The houses in this district were stunning. Our tour guide from Real San Antonio tours was able to provide such interesting facts during our walking tour.

We loved strolling through the Historic District. We picked up a map at the visitor center for the Villa Finale House after touring that house. It's not crowded and a nice change from the Riverwalk crowds.
