We arrived at 845 on a holiday Monday and elected for a patio table to enjoy the cooler fall weather for a change. We were seated quickly, I’ve had more enthusiastic greetings from a Starbucks drive thru. They win every time in my book. If...More

What a treat! A great lunch in a historic house. Reasonably priced, attentive service, and tasty comfort food. Worth repeating and going out of your way

Stopped here for lunch and tried their chicken salad plate. The dish was nicely presented and the chicken salad is out of this world. Touring the house which is rich in history was a very nice complement to our visit.

We enjoyed seeing the Guenther home, and what a beautiful place it was located on the San Antonio river. It's a beautiful stone house with a small museum inside showing memorabilia from the Pioneer Four mills. Doesn't take long, recommend seeing this place.

Stopped in for lunch after touring the Steves homestead. The restaurant was very charming and the food very good. There is a tiny museum about the owner and the history of hill milling company. I would recommend it for breakfast or lunch if you are...More
