We enjoyed the exhibit of the Monarch butterfly photography and some intriguing photographic art of "science plus fiction". Obviously the exhibits rotate so could change before we get there again. The building was beautiful and the staff very friendly.

I expected to see original pieces of the mexican archaeology, however most of the pieces are copies; it is not indicated in the description. The guy who was attending the door, very kindly.

Half the display area was closed so there wasn't a lot to see. Upstairs are a lot of reproductions. We had expected current art from Mexican artists. Most everything was 30 or 40 years old. Staff was friendly.

Instituto Cultural de Mexico was excellent! We had a little difficulty finding the museum, but once we did, we were thrilled. Admission is free. https://www.facebook.com/icminfo Currently, there is an exhibit of Mexico in images. Black & white photography.
