We enjoy sitting on a park bench in the Plaza and have a snack or ice cream. It is very peaceful and relaxing and there is usually someone playing live music.

This is in the heart of Santa Fe, the plaza. There is often a busker playing in the plaza and/or live music on the bandstand in the evening. It's shady with grass and trees and lots of benches. A great spot to take a break...More

Very overrated. Quality of products in stores was cheap and over priced. Even the supposedly real Indian jewelry was over priced at the plaza.

We booked a "casita" 4 blocks from the square and thought we could just walk over daily for breakfast and the sights. Well...4 blocks and down hill then a jog, then several more. But the return trio in the heat would be too much so...More

Didn't spend a lot of time here, as thee is not much to see, save for some people watching in the evening. Pretty close to the street so there is a fair amount of traffic noise.

The city of Santa Fe needs to get their act together, the plaza was filthy with garbage and cigarette butts and was a disgrace. The entire downtown area needs a pressure wash.

It varies as the vendors are all Native American and show up on their time. We were late risers and the vendors all seem to be there by 1000 hours.
